Moving Forward - June 22, 2016

It's summer and that means green is surrounding us, representing growth and new life as God moves us forward!   Speaking of moving forward...

-My fifth CD is nearing completion and should be available for pre-order by August 1.  It's been an interesting adventure, as always.  God actually surprised me with a new ballad last month, written for my teens, but applicable to anyone who needs to let go of someone, and cut the strings holding them. This new ballad STRINGS will end up replacing the lent song I had planned to include (the one you voted to name "A Moment" this winter).  I'm confident God will use 'STRINGS' to encourage many.

-You can hear some of my new songs/arrangements in concert THIS JULY 4th @ Trinity Lutheran Freistadt's outdoor festival.  I sing at 11:30am, but come to any or all of this free family friendly event  (9am-4pm) to enjoy food, games, live music, 1pm parade, color guard, and the chance to support Milwaukee Homeless Veterans.

-I returned to Miller Park for the national anthem on April 22, though I didn't help the Brewers defeat the Phillies.  Still it was a wonderful experience and more fun the second time around.  They finally sent me the stadium video last week.  Watch it @

-The Lord keeps bringing me favor and new opportunities for worship services, weddings, and conferences, including leading worship for the September Maranatha Christian Writer's Conference in Mukegon, Michigan.  Do you have a book, poem or song in you?  See more info @

-I'm hoping to visit some southern states in January, February and March 2017.  Do you have referrals in North/South Carolina,  Mississippi, Alabama or Louisiana?

-Finally, I want to encourage you to keep taking steps ahead with God's loving leadership.  Trust that He will never take you where His grace cannot keep you, and that His intent is for you to grow and produce fruit for His kingdom, as you do the work He has prepared in advance for you!

All the best is ours in Jesus,
